Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase, regardless of whether the item is defective or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.

Please do not ship any item(s) back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Final Sale Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for cosmetics, hair, skincare items and sunglasses due to health, hygiene & safety reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label provided. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
